A jazz musician by trade, I turned to photography as a new medium of expression, looking for new ways to satisfy my creative appetite. A native of the south, I enjoy photographing artifacts of my childhood, from old barns to simple antiquities that symbolize traditional southern culture.

Although traditional in my motif, my technique of capturing the emotional essence of the subject is very scientific in nature. Using only the highest quality archival materials and processes, I strive for perfection with every photograph, creating works that will last for generations. As an active member of the Roswell Photographic Society, I support the development and growth of the arts in the local community.

Your photographic identity lasts forever. Realizing this, I strive to capture your personality and style in every photograph. I take the time to compose every shot with precision while incorporating elements of creativity, thus creating eye-catching, colorful photographs that will represent you in the best possible way. My shoots typically last 2-3 hours. Unlike many portrait studios, some of the shoot is spent modifying the studio between wardrobe or subject changes.

I believe that the key to producing unique and creative photographs is to  create a truly dynamic environment, where lighting color and placement, as well as backdrops and props can be easily modified to compliment the subjects personality and appearance.
